I love being a resident at Castlemont Arms! I was charmed by the property from my first walk through. The building is controlled access with a nice lobby and elevator access. And its SO clean and well maintained! It also has wonderful amenities, including two heated pools, pool house, BBQ area, picnic tables, ping-pong table, gym room and business center with WiFi access. I’ve been leaving here for 30 yrs and still continue to be impressed with the apartment building's maintenance, both inside and out. The management team is friendly, courteous, and proactive about keeping tenants informed. One area for improvement is reminding some tenants about the property's rules and regulations, which they've signed. Some incoming residents seem unaware of these policies. A specific concern is speeding in the garage area. Some drivers appear to think it's still a public road and don't adjust their speed ... read more
I have been living here for 5 years now and have 0 complaints :) . This is a super comforable residence which has gone through decent upgrades over the years. Love that its gated and close proximity to shopping complex and freeway. The management is also super nice and friendly organizing several events for us to connect and share. I love this communty and would definitely recommend to find a place for you here if any openings :)
Ive been here for 2+ years now and would 100% renew my lease if I wasn't traveling so much. The complex is nice, the interior of the apartments are super nice and modern. You can tell they pay attention to detail. The balconies are HUGE and I love that about this place! Nancy is the best property manager I have ever worked with. This apartment complex is in a very convenient location and is affordably priced compared to the surrounding apartments. Maintenance is quick to resolve issues and they also upkeep the building. There is assigned parking and the building is secure. They have cameras monitoring the entire complex. The apartment manager, Nancy, is very nice, easy going, and fair.
