I was truly heartbroken to lose the opportunity to rent this apartment. What made the experience especially frustrating was that despite sending multiple emails and making more than 20 phone calls, I never received a response. Harleen Kaur, the manager, is joyful, gracious, practically helpful, and prompt in all communication. The facilities staff is friendly. I couldn’t find a better place, safer location, and more plentiful parking for this price in Sunnyvale. The junior one bedroom apartment at Castlemont Arms was very clean when I moved in.
