Worse GP around by far, you are spoken to like you aren’t valued, the staff just do not care and place is an absolute dive.
Was registered here for 15 years... Called for an appointment to be told I have been taken off the register because I changed my doctors... didn't happen! Woman on phone was not helpful at all, and told I need to re-register in person between the hours of 11-1. I work full-time. How am I meant to do that? Take time off to register? They've probably done me a favor as I'll be registering elsewhere.
I’ve booked myself an appointment this morning because I was referred to the doctors with infections in my arms turned up early waited for half an hour for my name to be called so then go to reception and say because I didn’t check in. I’ve lost my appointment. I’ve been to that doctors six or seven times previous and never had to check in once even when there’s been someone sitting on the desk which they normally isn’t. Terrible service! Shameful. I’m going to make a formal complaint about this practice. My mum has been in severe pain for over 3 months and they’ve just left her, it’s neglect. They don’t care about their patients.
I am currently at home recovering from Vascular Surgery on my leg and I am on controlled medication which is normally arranged over the phone!! Previously when I have called the appointments line I explain to the receptionist about the controlled drug I am on and she arranged for doctor to call me back and we discuss the medication needed and there is a prescription made up for a family member to pick up for me.
