Leaving a review on behalf of my mother. I recently had a floral arrangement delivered and was very happy with it. Flowers, a beautiful mix, beautifully arranged and overall, gorgeous. Delivery was spot-on. I would certainly recommend Castlemaine Floristry, they really know what they are doing. Jan D

Omg the best florist ever. Ordered beautiful sunflowers for my Aunty who was celebrating her birthday . They were delivered quickly and were received with a big smile and much Joy from her as she has been battling cancer. Th Will be using again. Dont go anywhere else but Castlemaine Floristry . Quite possibly the rudest most condescending customer service I've ever seen. My wife asked some simple questions because shock horror... Maybe someone that works at a florist knows more about flowers than we do. "Does this (bouquet) have Lillies in it?" Why did we ask? Because a 90 year old bed ridden woman is allergic to them. The response we got? "They all do. "Does this need to be watered before tomorrow? (Which is mother's day). "It's in a vase" was the response. I had the pleasure of dealing with Castlemaine Floristry and i must say they couldn't have been a nicer bunch of people! Website was quick and easy, ordering and organising was excellent with Lynne actually offering to take the initial gift over and then go back at a later time when the weather was cooler to deliver the chocolates! Just a good small town country feel and family orientated company. 5 STARS ✨!! Can definitely recommend, thank you again for going above and beyond. Cheers. :)
