The Loft was as described. Cosy and comfortable. Close to town. Enjoyed Shedshaker Brrwery and Johnny Bakers.
Green Gables was the perfect ‘home away from home’ for our 3 day escape to Castlemaine. A beautiful period home filled with tasteful furnishings creating a cosy atmosphere. The garden too was lovely and I enjoyed spotting a New Holland Honey Eater. The hosts communication re checkin and checkout was clear and concise. Very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

We had a great stay in Castlemaine. The Stationmaster's house is perfect for 2 families to share. The rooms are big and comfortable. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Loved having 2 bathrooms. Also loved having a big dining table. There is also a great outdoor table for when the weather is good. Easy walk to town for the supermarket, cafes, bakery and parks. It is relatively peaceful but there is a bit of noise from the traffic on the main road. Overall it is excellent.
