I recently bought a King Koil Grand Harmony king single mattress from Betta Home Living in Castlemaine. After being stuffed around for nearly four weeks by a different retailer in Bendigo I cancelled the order in frustration and did what I should have done in the first place. Had amazing service from Leah, I was replacing a washing machine that had died. The extended warranty fully paid out what I paid for it. Leah gave me some great options and advice, and arranged delivery over an hour away. The delivery was quick, easy and the driver did a great job. Very happy with what I paid and the service I got.
Needed new earbuds and normally that’s a JB or online thing but I thought I’d see if I could shop local. Well I’m glad I did, great service and knowledgeable advice, left with a product that suits my needs.
I purchased both a washing machine and a dryer on two separate occasions in the past couple of months. On each occasion the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They take the time to explain the product, give you options, and have stock in store ready to go. I appreciated the next day delivery and installation service to Campbells Creek.
