Placed an order and paid for a Chris reeve knife online, couple of hours later got an email saying the order is cancelled without any explanation. I sent multiple emails to multiple email addresses provided on the website but did not get even a single reply as to why the order was cancelled or how to resolve the problem. Like zero communication to the customer, I find this very strange.
Bought a new Microtech Ultratech D/E today from here. Excellent selection of higher end knives and very competitive pricing as far as everyone else selling these in the city. Highly recommend this company.
