Over 2.5 hours we waited for a 15 minute Vasectomy! Partner arrived for a 10am appointment. He wasn't seen by the Dr till 11:55 almost 2hrs later. Was told it would take around 15 minutes. Didn't leave until 12:35
Step into the most elegant and calm waiting room where the service is amazing . The only time I’ve ever looked forward to going to the Dr before.
Medical centres are changing, experiences are getting worse but this has to be by far the best I’ve been to. Staff are kind, Drs are friendly and listen. You feel welcome and that’s something that doesn’t come around every day. Thank you all for a great experience!

I’m a patient of Gary Beckhurst and have been since 2012. When he left Kingsley/Woodvale practice I followed to this lovely practice. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing and the front desk staff helpful. Gary has always been an outstanding doctor. Kind and caring putting his patients first.
