Yesterday I took my hedgehog, Russell, in because I suspected he had cataracts. I told them while making the appointment and when I got there that he had a rough past before he came to me and could be a bit of a grouchy and difficult. They were so incredible with him. Calm and slow so they wouldn't startle him. Some of the sweetest people I've ever met. And they checked him thoroughly and never flinched, when most people do. When I brought my old, sick kitty in, the Dr and staff were wonderfully kind and helpful. They showed amazing care to both of us. Sadly, my Toffee died but even then, their thoughtfulness continued.
