Terrible experience here this place is an absolute joke, like others have said go somewhere else. I was already tested for sleep apnea and given a CPAP machine but the numbers have been really high so I was referred to the clinic again. I filled out the page with all my settings I'm currently using waited months for the dr to call and first thing he says is I read your file and I think you might have sleep apnea. The doctor never touched on my hiatal hernia condition. Hiatal hernias can be exacerbated by the CPAP machine by increasing abdominal pressure and potentially causing air to enter the stomach leading to bloating and discomfort.
The attendees at the center were very kind but the process and length of time to get everything sorted is unacceptable. I have had 2 sleep studies, the first on July 13, and have not gotten my cpap prescription yet. I have not talked to the Dr even though I have requested to multiple times. I am thankful for having this service available but process needs to be better.
I have been waiting since October. I have been tested 2 times and they called me 2 months ago saying i stop breething about 60 times a hour. They have yet emailed anyone, with the results. I am still waiting even though i have been told my results. GO ELSE WHERE . . . . . Maby they will contact back next oct.
No complaints from me. Given a stressful and a little uncomfortable situation, the technician was nothing short of kind, attentive and professional. The whole facility is immaculate and the sleep rooms very comfortable.The only bad thing I can say is the pillows were too hard for me, so if you are particular about pillows, bring your own.
