They were very accommodating. I shared that I was leaving the country they fit me in for my appointment. The following day after my talk with the doctor. I got to the facility. It was very clean and the staff that was working there that night.Her name was Gayle She was super amazing.Made me feel very comfortable. I was able to bring my own pillow Just a real amazing experience. Thanks for having me.I highly recommend the location.
This place is to a doctor's office what ghost kitchens are to restaurants. The technicians are kind and accommodating, and thats where the positives end. My theory is: this is a doctor's version of a scalable business. Staff with one relatively low cost technician on site as needed, and one low cost receptionist remote. Terrible experience here this place is an absolute joke, like others have said go somewhere else. I was already tested for sleep apnea and given a CPAP machine but the numbers have been really high so I was referred to the clinic again. I filled out the page with all my settings I'm currently using waited months for the dr to call and first thing he says is I read your file and I think you might have sleep apnea. The doctor never touched on my hiatal hernia condition. Hiatal hernias can be exacerbated by the CPAP machine by increasing abdominal pressure and potentially causing air to enter the stomach leading to bloating and discomfort.
The attendees at the center were very kind but the process and length of time to get everything sorted is unacceptable. I have had 2 sleep studies, the first on July 13, and have not gotten my cpap prescription yet. I have not talked to the Dr even though I have requested to multiple times. I am thankful for having this service available but process needs to be better.
