They got me in quick and installed a new muffler since mine had rusted and broke off. Too bad the old muffler couldn't be repaired but the new one is sure quiet. Im a happy customer.
Yesterday I drove from sparwood to Castlegar and unfortunately my exhaust pipe fell off and my car was obnoxiously loud. I called Castlegar Muffler asking if they had time to fix it, less than an hour later my car was fixed and I was on my way back to sparwood. I was beyond impressed with the service and would highly recommend them!
The crew at Castlegar Muffler has been fantastic. I have gone to them for the majority of my maintenance issues and they are always willing to explain everything to me, and answer as many questions as they can. I have often received shuttle rides which I feel is an added bonus and shows a higher level of customer service. In my opinion their prices are fair, and their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks!
