Great Doctors and staff
Dr. Cromp is the bee’s knees! Wonderful experience with her 🙏
Receptionist was very nice to me but no doctors in castlegar are taking new patients…. So no walk ins at all. Not even for a doctors note.
Call in for an app only to have the receptionist laugh when I asked for a same day appointment with a doctor. With proper training she would have dealt with it different have some respect don’t laugh at people when they’re calling in because they already don’t feel well. And yes I do have a doctor in this building.
While it is difficult to get a family doctor in Castlegar, that is not the clinics fault. They did well taking care of my family when our doctor moved away, and all the doctors we saw during that period were helpful and had good bedside manner. We were lucky to get on with a new doctor at this clinic and they have always been wonderful.
