Brett in service is amazing. Our Kia died in Grandforks and after having it towed here he has been nothing short of amazing to get the warranty work approved.
This KIA dealership has been amazing, helping me through a very difficult situation with my 2019 Nissan Rogue. I can't say enough good things about them . Steve and Amanda are outstanding and their customer service is awesome considering I didn't buy my car there and just brought my Rogue in for service. I highly recommend this dealership.

I can’t say enough about the Team at Castlegar Kia. I have been a customer since 2016 and have always had amazing service. My most recent purchase was the best yet. It is such a good feeling when you walk in the door and they know your name a greet you with a smile.
