Just purchased a used car from this dealership and had a fantastic experience! I hate shopping for cars and dealing with sales people, the tactics and price gouging is ridiculous. I found the car we wanted at this dealer and was lucky enough to get put in contact with Oksana in the sales department. We just called service department to ask for a specific plug part for our Santa Fe. Parts staff argued there is no such item. So then we went online and ordered the required part thru Amazon, so why did parts dept not know it existed? Husband is an experienced mechanic.
