Just went to be told they don't accept walk-ins past 3 even though they are open till 4. No sign anywhere to tell you, the receptionist didn't even ask if I wanted to book an appointment, which if she did would have at least calmed me down instead of making me feel im inconveniencing her. Had much better service last time.
The ladies are so nice and courteous here.
