**THE WORST NURSES** There is very apparent reasons why there is only 2.4 stars for this hospital, which is terrible. There was only one nurse here that spoke to me with compassion and kindness. The doctor can also be someone worth waiting and dealing with the abuse for, but unfortunately you can probably find this care somewhere else without feeling like your health is a bother. Also if you are non-binary or gender fluid, they will encourage discrimination in the hospital rooms, do not go here.
Staff has no empathy towards a patient walking in to the ER. We had to ask twice to at least register that we were there and need help; just to see the lady on the desk get mad and tell us how busy she is transferring another patient’s file and we should wait until she is free and calls. Then while she asked for my health card and details, a staff person (probably nurse) appears and told me that I should have come up early because they close at 8pm. For the times my mom ans dad had health issues they got in to see a Doctor in minimal time. They were treated with compassion and absolute care.
This is the worstest hospital i ever went... Management hired some night club securities as nurses lol.... Shut this ... and learn how to treat people ... Especially whose coming for treatment...
