Just come back from the doctors at Castlefields and my mother is 88 years old. Well recommended and 5 star ⭐ Dr Holden is great and fantastic with my good self and family!!!Reception is great and friendly and Jean was so patient and understanding with my elderly mother. Would not recommend any other doctors surgery. Thank you to all the staff at Castlefields Surgery for looking after our family. You are all great!!!!!👍
I requested a call back after waiting on the line for 10 minutes and it immediately hanged up. I call again and it hangs up again. I'm calling beacuse I filled in a form request and was asked to submit photos to a link that does not work, and there's no way to contact them, but to use the phone. The same one that keeps hanging up on me.
Where to start 🤔 I requested an emergency prescription my inhaler was running low and was having a very bad couple of days with my chest, they said yes it's been put threw will be ready in 48hours OK fair enough, went to pick my prescription up was told not ready come back next day still no prescription, come back daily for 7 days and nothing popped back in on the 8th day and they forgot to put the prescription threw 🤦♀️luckily we have a good pharmacy 8 days later my prescription was finally put threw and the lady at the ... read more
