I have been with this doctors since 2017 and have always had a great experience with them, no issues what so ever and always been able to get through and get an appointment when needed. However, since they've changed the booking system to online only, I have had the worst experience with them to the point I am considering switching doctors. I suffer with asthma and have been having a flare up, is it that bad it impacts my day to day life and I cannot do anything due to shortness of breath. Just come back from the doctors at Castlefields and my mother is 88 years old. Well recommended and 5 star ⭐ Dr Holden is great and fantastic with my good self and family!!!Reception is great and friendly and Jean was so patient and understanding with my elderly mother. Would not recommend any other doctors surgery. Thank you to all the staff at Castlefields Surgery for looking after our family. You are all great!!!!!👍
