Dr. Ulan is exceptional in her knowledge, care and kind demeanour! Susan, the Manager is very thorough, patient, and kind!
As to give my experience about Castledowns vision centre, it is nice place to be starting from the front desk to the Doctors and all the staff they attend to clients nicely and with much respect and dedication and this makes it a nice place to be, and all in all I had a very good experience. So i highly recommend to other people to visit the place and have good experience as i did.

The team here is fabulous and always so helpful. Susan really help me find the right glasses for my desire. Would recommend!
I purchased glassed from the Castledowns Vision Centre, and Susan was fantastic. She helped me find the perfect frames and was incredibly helpful in reordering the proper lenses for me, when I discovered that I did in fact need progressives. I have been going to this vision Centre for many years now, and the staff are great!
