I purchased glassed from the Castledowns Vision Centre, and Susan was fantastic. She helped me find the perfect frames and was incredibly helpful in reordering the proper lenses for me, when I discovered that I did in fact need progressives. I have been going to this vision Centre for many years now, and the staff are great!
The manager, Susan, was very professional and incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to make sure my frames and lens were as affordable as possible, while making sure quality wasn't compromised. Highly recommend.
I have been going to this office for years and have been very satisfied with their service. Dr. Ullah is very knowledge, efficient and pleasant as is her staff. I recently had the pleasure of working with Susan who spent a lot of time helping me choose frames and maxing out my benefit plan. I was able to get a pair of progressive lens frames with sunglass clip on and a pair of readers. I'm excited to pick them up.
Had a great experience here, the staff were very friendly! Susan was awesome and helped me pick beautiful frames! Will be bringing my husband here and definitely recommending Castledowns Vision Center to anyone in need!
