Trying to get an appointment at this surgery is a NIGHTMARE! You are told to call at 8am for an appointment. So you phone at 8am and are told the telephone queue is full and call back another time! If you eventually get to speak with someone, they tell you all appointments are being released at 3pm! You turn up at the surgery at 2.57pm and are told you must wait till 3pm. By refusing to give face to face appointments with the doctor when asked & baligerant receptionists not listening, this surgery should have a health warning over the door, 'THIS SURGERY MAY DAMAGE YOUR HEALTH, particularly for patients with raised blood pressure and under stress'

I went to see Dr Gill and he was absolutely horrendous with me, he wasn’t listening properly, he stared with his arms folded like AI and rushed me and wanted me out of there as fast as possible, by pressuring me, by telling me I only had 5 minutes left, ignoring me and trying to move on to something else, he fobbed me off with excuses and tried twisting information and gaslighting me, don’t see Dr Gill unless you want to be treated like rubbish and fobbed off, he’s a text book surface level AI Dr with no emotional intelligen... read more

Can I just say Thank you to Dr Roberts, your professionalism compassion and support is second to none, very lucky to have you at castlecroft.......you care about your patients........which means alot. Also thank you to the nurses Jennie and Alison ...both lovely people and very helpful .....I feel much better thanks to you.
