Awful place. Bed was broken and food terrible.
Friendliest people I’ve ever come across just happen to be working all in the same hospital!! Wished I could’ve hung around longer to say thank you to all the staff that helped me out. From entry to exit. The most accommodated you could’ve made someone feel. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thank you to everyone !!!!
Accommodation excellent, entire staff professional, kind and caring. Staff introduced themselves at the commencement of their shift, manner cheerful with plenty of big smiles. I was so pleased to hear my brother was transferred to this hospital for palliative care as he died surrounded by compassionate staff who provided comfort and dignity.
Went in for a surgery at Castlecrag hospital, and the team was so lovely and caring. Special attention to the nurse Margarita, she was so professional and kind. The surgeon Dr Boorer and anaesthetist Dr Upton were very informative and made me feel reassured throughout the whole surgery. After waking up from the surgery, the nurse walked me back to my room and brought me lunch and also assisted me with eating as I had difficulty after the anaesthesia. A very positive experience this past week for surgery. All the staff were extremely friendly and very professional in their tasks to help me for surgery. I was looked after from the first moment to the discharge later in the day. Thanks
