Mum was placed here following an operation. We were all very happy with Castle Crag rehab. Staff were friendly and obliging. Mum’s room whilst small was clean and well maintained. The food she received was tasty and healthy. There was also plenty of parking. Thanks for your care and attention!
Very disappointed to say the least. After I missed a call about my partners surgery, I rang back to be told “I only just walked in here” and received no news. When my partner returned to his room, the nurse was very rude to both myself and him. The level of professionalism was very low.
I was in the recovery room at 5 pm, having fasted since the night before. No dinner was provided because the kitchen had already closed, and I was discharged without anyone checking that I had someone to take me home. The whole experience came across as very poorly organised.
