I have been coming to this practice forever and wouldn't go anywhere else. All the doctors are professional, amazing and caring. The receptionists are great and nothing is too much trouble for them. Doctor Jessop is my favourite.
Dr Catherine Jessop at Castlecrag Medical Practice takes a very thorough and holistic approach to her work. She shows a genuine interest and tailors the treatment to the individual. She empowers the patient by making sure that they understand their health issues and the decisions behind her treatment recommendations. She has also been very compassionate and supportive regarding life stressors and how they intertwine with physical health. Words simply do not do her justice.
Great doctors who go out of their way to ensure that they are providing a high level of treatment.
Absolute disgrace. I have never been treated so condescendingly by a doctor. Catherine Jessop would not write out a referral for me to simply get an iron infusion even though my levels were extremely low. I assume it was because she hadn't even heard of an iron infusion which is disturbing in itself considering I would expect doctors to be up to date with all the latest health recommendations.
