I had such a positive experience with Dr Hamish Gawne in the clinic. He is very professional, highly experienced, and explains everything in a clear and simple way. I felt genuinely listened to and cared for, and the treatment he provided was effective and reassuring. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines both knowledge and such a calm, supportive approach. I would highly recommend Dr Gawne to anyone looking for a GP you can truly trust. Katie

I very highly recommend Castlecrag Medical centre, all the staff on the front reception are lovely and compassionate. Our doctor is Dr Valerie Qu who is an excellent doctor and has assisted me greatly in regards to my long term Chronic pain issues, as well as the healthcare for my daughters and wife. The clinic is run like an old school clinic where they make you feel genuinely cared for, and not just another patient.

I saw Dr Valerie Qu at late notice last week. She was kind, thorough and didn’t rush! She called me on Saturday with my results and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend Valerie & Castlecrag Medical Practice
