We hit the ground running and were set on finding a new home. Our sales agent Kizzy Mayon Guzman was exceptional. Along with the expertise of our realtor Kaylan Smith. They both worked collectively, and attentively to answer all of our questions.
I bought a house back in September, I regret it. First Lacey lied though the whole home buying process saying we could use and FHA loan down payment assistance (THAT WAS A LIE DIDNT FIND OUT UNTIL BEFORE WE CLOSED ON THE HOME) then she said we get a garage door opener (also a lie) . We were also supposed to receive a tornado shelter cut out (lies as well). we were told by her and our closing agent that our HOA fees were included in the mortgage (also a LIE).
