Castlebrook is an awesome gated community with a pool multiple playgrounds multiple basketball courts a soccer field and a baseball field. Nic showed us all the amenities in DR Horton’s new homes! Nic also reminded us of the incredible easy access with the turnpike nearby as well as great routes to Mustang, Yukon and all parts of the Oklahoma City Metro areas!
DR Horton bought the remaining lots in the Castlebrook Crossing neighborhood from Taber. They are not building homes that meet the Castlebrook Crossing HOA requirements or specifications. The homes are cheaply made, highly overpriced, and not within the HOA covenant . They have falsely informed their new buyers by telling them they can legally remove existing homeowners privacy fences (that DO NOT encroach on the DR Horton lots).
