I bought a house back in September, I regret it. First Lacey lied though the whole home buying process saying we could use and FHA loan down payment assistance (THAT WAS A LIE DIDNT FIND OUT UNTIL BEFORE WE CLOSED ON THE HOME) then she said we get a garage door opener (also a lie) . We were also supposed to receive a tornado shelter cut out (lies as well). we were told by her and our closing agent that our HOA fees were included in the mortgage (also a LIE).
