I cannot say enough good things about Miguel and the Castlebrook Crossing sales team! Even though we were from out of state, they gave an accurate description, and provided face time visuals, of every aspect of our new home. Even after the sale, Miguel was always willing and happy to answer any of our questions and to help out when he could. We have enjoyed working with Miguel. Since we are from out of state he kept us up to date on everything we needed to know and contnues to do so even after closing. He sent us weekly videos on the progress of our home. At one point we decided the home being built wasn't exactly what we were looking for and he happily helped us locate another. We are looking forward to settling down in Castlebrook Crossing.

Your ammenady, is a "park" with no trash can. It will inevitably become the corner of the yard that holds trash from the wind. Maybe the park will eventually be thrown away with it when the city decides to clean up the trash. Parks require trash cans! Y'all want all this money for a home, but won't put a $20 trash can at the park for your Patreons.. if your neighborhood park has no trash can, it's just rubble that kids play on. Nothing more distinguished that a tree, just way less shade and comfortability.
