After 20 years, I decided to give therapy another try & I am glad I did. I got matched up with Cynthia and she is amazing. She made me feel comfortable and has always been a great listener. Furthermore, the space is very relaxing, you feel at home.

I attended a DBT series presented by Kerrie Toole via Zoom, and found it incredibly helpful!! I was in awe of how well she relays a lot of information in such an engaging way. I find myself leveraging the tools not just with my kids, but in all areas of my life (both personal & work). She teaches you what may feel like a foreign language... But if you take the time to learn & practice, it will benefit your relationships while helping those around you as well!
