Saj had the Passat I was looking for ,low mileage ,colour ,spec and condition I wanted I’d had the car a couple of days and noticed a small issue, Saj told me to bring it straight back, the mechanic called me back the next day to tell me what the issue was and how it had been resolved Excellent service…….thanks!! The relaxed atmosphere and lack of pressure makes you feel like this garage may be different, but alas not. The car I bought from here has been an absolute nightmare from the start. I will be paying for this car long after it's gone to the scrapheap. As a minor example, when I complained about tyre wear I was taken to a small (mate's) garage where they said everything was fine. MOT test said different, so I paid for the repair and the warranty was worth nothing. Do yourself a favour and visit a specialist dealer.
