The receptionist was helpful, welcoming and polite. Waiting area modern, clean and quiet. A slight delay to time of appointment but dentist was quite busy. The dentist was very nice, friendly and offered me help for the stairs as I was using a crutch. The checkup was thorough followed by general questions and a cleaning of the teeth. Have been with Castlebawn a good few years now. Have never had a bad experience. All staff & dentists are very polite & helpful. Never thought I would find a dentist I don't mind going to. Castlebawn Dentist excellent.
My dental visits are always a great experience thanks to Jane and the entire staff. The office is welcoming, and appointments run right on schedule. Jane is incredibly skilled and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure I'm comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. She was absolutely incredible with my sister when she wasn't well and couldn't do enough for her. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for top-notch dental care.
