We just had a front door put in by Castle. Originally a salesman had stopped by to show us several doors, but the price was too high for our budget. So we called Castle and talked to a Nancy who worked with us to get a door we liked and was in our price range. We came to an agreement with her. Thanks to Nancy we got a door we liked and at a decent price.
I am 65 years old. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Lies, lies and more lies. Not one person did anything the way they said they would. The cowardly owner will not even discuss anything he just hides. Run from these ******* *******!
