Unfortunately, my experience with castle windows is not a very good one. About 10 years ago we had Castle replace all the windows in our home and they did a nice job but after about 6 years we noticed that there was moisture building up inside 2 of the windows. I called to have them fixed and it took a few months but they sent some out to measure, the glass took almost a year (and multiple calls to Castle) to come in but they did come back to install. We had appointment with their representative on Saturday January 9 at our address and would like to share that it was the worst appointment we ever had with any professional services companies The representative has absolutely no knowledge in what doors your company can install , no understanding on how to get our requirements or provide us with timeline.
