My 4 year old son has been going to Castle Therapy for about 6 months now. He sees Ms. Unique for Occupational Therapy as he has some fine/gross motor delays. The progress he has made in just 6 months is amazing and it's all because of Ms. Unique. She makes therapy fun and engaging that my son looks forward to his therapy sessions.
The staff is horrible. Visitors are not required to wear masks in a setting where immunocompromised children are present. I am fully vaccinated and still wear a mask for the children. The waiting area is dirty and parents do not supervise their children. Avoid as there are better options. No wonder they have a lower rating. I should have done more research.
I had an incredible experience at Castle Therapy. The owner Remai is extremely kind, understanding, and patient. I looked into the other low star reviews on here and have to sternly disagree. The facility is extremely clean and the staff members are very friendly. This all equates to a warm welcoming atmosphere. A positive and beneficial place for kids of all ages regardless of ailment/diagnoses. Two thumbs up!
My nephew has shown marked improvement since going to Castle Therapy!
Very satisfied with the professionalism and knowledge of this practice, I take my grandson there, I strongly recommend them
