Nick was always so helpful and understanding! I had a unit here for a little over 3 years and had 0 complaints! Will use them again if needed!!!
These climate controlled units are very clean and there are roll carts available in each building. The business is run by a super nice local fellow and i always enjoyed working with him. The climate controlled units are surrounded by a fence and there are lots of security cameras and plenty of parking available. This storage company is a good choice.
Nick has always been SUPER friendly and prompt to help me with my storage needs! I have two different year-long stints of storing with Castle and it's always been pleasant. I feel safe when I am there and I trust that my stuff is safe as well.
We need storage for an extended period of time Mr. Nick got us set up with no problems. We used the storage for seven years and just moved out. The climate control storage was great. 43 large moving boxes and furniture came out in the same condition we put it in. I highly recommend Castle Storage on Sweetwater Road. If I even need the service again they would be my 1st choice.
