Now I know why customers would get so irate over the phone about this cover. Now having owned one for 1.5 years this cover is pealing off into the tub. WHAT A MESS.I would give them a chance to make it right but I know what I'm going to be told. 1. I will have to pay to have the whole cover shipped back to them. 2. I didn't keep the chemicals balanced right or so they will say. I check the chems once a week. Really disappointing . It's kind of ironic that I use to think this peeling was the customers fault.

Top notch quality and service. They rushed my spa cover through to get it out before the Christmas holiday. I have a Master Spa and they had all of the specs. The cover was an identical match to the one I was replacing. I highly recommend Castle Spa Covers!
