Excellent customer service ! Jennifer was Very personable, professional and knows her stuff. A real home feeling essence as soon as you’re warmly and politely welcomed in. I bought my wife a pair of custom earrings and she loves them.!Always support your local businesses. She won’t let you down when it comes to getting what you want or need. We took a couple of watches in to get sized. The owner was extremely patient as we had several adjustments until they fit just right! Very friendly and exceptional service!

I recently had some repairs to my wedding set of 34 years, the band was worn thin on the inside. The staff was very friendly and professional, the repairs were finished on time, and my ring looks amazing. You cannot even tell that any repairs have been made to it. I am very happy and will go back!

Customer service is amazing. They stay by to make sure anything you want to see is pulled out for you so you're not waiting. They're very knowledgeable and take your lifestyle/work and personal likes into consideration. So many jewelry stores I've been to are snooty and judge you at first glance but not here. This is the first place to ever measure my ring size also, and point out things to my partner. I look forward to coming back.
