Shop Local, Ladies n Gentlemen. Had trouble finding a specific cartridge for my shower, walked into Winnelson and they had it just sitting behind the counter. Absolute perfection, great guys working the counters.

Have called 6 times throughout the last 2 days, scattered all day during business hours, let it ring for several minutes, and no one has ever answered. Not even a voicemail. Clearly, making money and customer service are not their priorities.
