My dad moved in with me from out of state so I can be his caregiver. Transferring everything over from the Phoenix VA has been so easy. We established care at this clinic and everyone here was amazing. My dad was very pleased with the care he recieved from everyone. He really felt listened to and the staff made him feel like they genuinely care about the veterans. It's really nice to have this clinic that's more local to us.
I have had two appointments with this clinic, one a virtual appointment for an initial evaluation, and the other was a drop-in for some labs. Both times I was treated courteously and professionally, and the providers were very thorough exploring all of my needs. I am thankful to have them nearby!
Cesar was great always had a smile and helpful
I walked in to my 8am appt today and after reading the reviews I was very wary. I was greeted with a great smile and good morning and after showing my ID, she logged me in promptly to my appointment. She told which side to sit on and said help myself to coffee, water, etc. And a vending machine. I haven't gone in to my appointment, nor had to reschedule a new one yet. So if all goes well I will leave this review at 5 stars, if not I'll revise it.
Deana may be one of the coldest and unprofessional nurses I have ever worked with. She definitely should not be representing the VA for our veterans who served this country!
