This was my first appointment at a VA clinic. I can honestly say I was impressed. With 20+ years of service, this isn't my first rodeo with government healthcare. What good is a clinic if you have to wait months to see a doctor? And when you get it they seem to just rush you out and on to the next patient. Still have to drive to Aurora. Veterans deserve better!

I just signed up for my VA healthcare as my rating recently changed. I received a call from this clinic to establish new patient care. I've been trying to call back for a week, when I get the national scheduling line. Apparently, there is no direct way to contact the Castle Rock clinic, and yet they've also blocked direct scheduling from the national scheduling center, so best of luck getting through! 7:45 lab appt and done at 7:46am. Love it!
