I feel lucky to have found Dr. Gittins, who is, without a doubt, the best dentist I have ever encountered. He is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled, but also genuinely dedicated to the well-being of his patients. His commitment to excellence in his work is evident in everything he does. They are very nice and friendly. However, I received my dental flipper, which does not fit correctly. There is a significant gap between the roof of my mouth and the flipper, causing food to get trapped and affecting my speech. Despite visiting the dentist three times for adjustments, the fit remains poor. I have decided to discontinue using it due to the inconvenience caused by its improper fit, and it feels like I have wasted my money.
I hope they will take this as constructive criticism, but my son and I arrived 20 minutes early to his appointment because he is a new patient, and we were told they were running a few minutes late for his appointment. We waited with no one at front desk for 37 minutes past the actual appointment time before they peeked their head around the corner to say we would be taken back soon, another almost 15 minutes passed now we are close to an hour late for the appointment and no one around to try to reschedule or talk to, so we ... read more
My husband and I saw Dr Gittens for a consultation and were very impressed with his knowledge and his plan for my husbands dental needs. We look forward to working with him!
We were out of town on vacation when I had a temporary crown break. Castle Rock Restorative Dentistry was fantastic and able to work me in and repair my temporary crown the next day. They were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
