EDIT: THE BUYER TOLD US SHE RECEIVED OUR CONTACT INFORMATION FROM JESS. We worked with Jess Kayhart, and it was a terrible experience. We signed a contract with her, and she was out of town the first two weeks of our contract -- the time period of the contract when you have the most momentum, and we were stuck in a holding period. She was very passive in her work, and didn't do any active marketing unless I asked or suggested it (emails, campaigns, etc).
