Found a missing water valve cover in the street in my neighborhood. I emailed public works and it was replaced the same week.

Need someone from this office to answer me immediately. Had an employee of yours driving illegally and using their vehicle lights to cut cars off. Have a video of this I will report to the police if nobody contacts me.
Awful!!! Didn't give notice on work being performed on my street and put a notice that my vehicle will be towed if not moved by 7am
