Castle Rock's Jon expertly prep'd the surfaces of my living room walls and windows, including: layers of wallpaper removal, protected lead sanding, plaster application, caulking, scraping window frames, ceiling patching, and priming. All this effort paid off when it came time to paint, with beautiful results! Jon also removed and replaced the baseboard, which added such an attractive enhancement. Jon tackled a stop and start remodel of 1,000 sq ft including three bathrooms, master, two bedrooms, living, rec room and TONS of touch up from replacing knob and tube electrical throughout house. Never had a tradesman provide a by the 15 minute spreadsheet of tasks, but he did! Definitely a craftsman with a high skill level who means it when he calls himself a painter. Generous with his knowledge and willing to work ungodly hours to help you out.
Jon at Castle Rock provided extremely high quality work while painting both our interior and exterior of our existing home and newly constructed ADU. We appreciated the attention to detail as well as Jon's patient explanations of the what the job entailed, how the work would progress, and when it would be finished. It all looks wonderful!
