I had to stay here long term at a time where I had no where else to go. Management was very understanding and accommodating to my situation. I was able to get my finances back under control and start over. It’s generally quiet throughout the week. The other long term guest get along with each other as well. This is the second time life has thrown a curve ball at me, and I have had the need to stay here long term. I stayed here in 2018 for about 10 months and Jay and his sister Jini, were absolutely amazing. They understood that I was going through a tough spot and were willing to work with me even when I was several days past the rent due date they would allow me to stay as I showed them I was trying and would always get them paid in full. If you want a refund, it takes 2 weeks to get your money back. They do not explain this when you get a room. Also, they ask you not to smoke in the rooms. Yet people smoke right outside their room and the smoke floods into your room through the doors with large openings in them even when closed.

The gentleman in charge of the breakfast was awesome, smiling kindly even though he was working on a holiday. A great breakfast,too.
