I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience in hopes it helps others. I had an appointment with Lisa and requested a simple clean-up: a trim around my ears and a neatened neckline. I clearly communicated—twice—that I’m growing out a pixie cut and did not want any length taken off the top. Unfortunately, my instructions were not followed.
