Usually receive excellent service, but they charged me to put on wiper blades this time. Been coming here for years and have spent thousands, but charging me for something petty is a big turn off
Tyler at the Castle Rock Ford service center took excellent care of me and my truck. I had just had neck surgery and he was able to get my truck in quickly, reassure me that it could be fixed, and had it fixed quickly. Thank you!
Visited the Quick Lane today for a quick repair, the team was so great in getting me in and out quickly! Mike went above and beyond with the repair, and everyone I spoke with was kind and professional. This was my first visit to the Castle Rock Ford Service Center; I will not hesitate to come back again the next time our Explorer needs work. Thank you, Mike & Team!
These guys stepped up and took care of me. From Diag to completion I was extremely happy with the communication and customer service. They got my pickup back on the road in no time and also gave me something to drive while it was being worked on. The owner Jose Medina actually cares about his customers and their experience. Jeff the service manager and Gary the service advisor were also amazing to deal with. I'll definitely be back to see these guys when I need a new ride or service on my current one.
