Visited the Quick Lane today for a quick repair, the team was so great in getting me in and out quickly! Mike went above and beyond with the repair, and everyone I spoke with was kind and professional. This was my first visit to the Castle Rock Ford Service Center; I will not hesitate to come back again the next time our Explorer needs work. Thank you, Mike & Team!
These guys stepped up and took care of me. From Diag to completion I was extremely happy with the communication and customer service. They got my pickup back on the road in no time and also gave me something to drive while it was being worked on. The owner Jose Medina actually cares about his customers and their experience. Jeff the service manager and Gary the service advisor were also amazing to deal with. I'll definitely be back to see these guys when I need a new ride or service on my current one.
They try hard and they care. They also communicate pretty well and they actually get to the bottom of what's wrong and fix it 100 times better than Groove Ford on Arapahoe.
I’ve had my Ford serviced here for 4 years and didn’t always love the service but I believe they’ve stepped up their game in recent months. They answer the phone more regularly and services are easier to schedule than before. Amber and Gary have been particularly great to work with.
I took my 2019 Ford F150 into the Castle Rock Ford service department as my horn has been going off randomly. I received a text stating they connected my truck to the IDS system which should only take a minute and a half and the same four codes came up stating I need a new passenger front door latch. I declined their offer to fix it. When I went to pick up my truck I was told the total was $268. $220 for diagnostics and $44 for shop fees.
