I'm absolutely furious that castle rock edinvar think it's acceptable to send someone to the property for servicing the gas in the flat without sending a letter to the flat notifying me that the gas service was due to take place. I had absolutely no knowledge that the gas was to be serviced so I didn't give them access to the building. Unless castle rock edinvar send a letter by post with an appointment to service the gas in the flat no one will get access. I'm absolutely livid over charged on my rent in April have to wait until Monday to see how much more money I was over for may 2025 rent then I will getting onto castle rock on Monday to get my money refunded asap. And I want a letter of confirmation of how much rent I have to pay each month this is my right to have that letter.
Terrible company to deal with. Show no interest in helping tenants with issues. Never call back when they say and cover up their faults all the time.
