We are selling our home and were in a crunch to get carpets cleaned! Dale was very quick to respond and even rearranged to accommodate our timeline and needs!! He did an incredible job getting our carpet ready for sale!! Thanks Dale!! Look forward to another clean at the new house!
This was our second time using Castle Rock Carpet Care! They are the best! We are extremely impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. Dale and team arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job revitalizing our carpet and area rugs. Pricing was fair for the level of service provided, and they were upfront about costs with no hidden fees. The drying time was also reasonable. We will be using them in the future.
Had a fantastic experience! We had our living room carpet and giant sectional cleaned and they did a great job! I was having pet allergy issues and they took special care with cleaning for that. As soon as I walked in after the clean, I could tell a difference with my allergies! (And bonus, it smells great!) Would definitely recommend! Couldn’t be happier!
