Absolutely terrible customer service. Our house needs leveling and the bricks and sheetrock are cracking after only 6 years and they won't take responsibility for any of it. I would never do business with them.

John, Chuck, and Tom made the stressful and overwhelming home building process that everyone talks about such a breeze. A big consideration we had when selecting a builder was communication, and we knew Castle Rock was ahead of the rest right from our initial emails with John in which he provided quick responses packed with details answering any and all of our questions. In 2016 my wife and I bought some property with the hope of one day building our forever home. Through three different home builders coupled with the loss of several thousand dollars in deposits over the course 7 years, my bride did some additional research and found Castle Rock Builders. I'm amazed at the good reviews here. I have been trying to get questions answered with this company for over 7 months. Clearly they do not care about customer service. John Shipley gives vague responses once every 3 months or so. Which slows down the process of confirming everything I need for the bank. It's such a shame because I really love their models, but since customer service is so bad it makes me nervous to begin a project of this magnitude. I'll go elsewhere.
