We've been in our new house for a week and do not have enough good things to say about Castle Rock. John and Tom (and Chuck!) were amazing to work with. We had a slow start with permits out of Castle Rock's control but as soon as they could start they did and kept us up to date the entire time. The weekly emails from John were so appreciated as we felt like we had a handle on what was happening throughout the whole process. Absolutely terrible customer service. Our house needs leveling and the bricks and sheetrock are cracking after only 6 years and they won't take responsibility for any of it. I would never do business with them.
John, Chuck, and Tom made the stressful and overwhelming home building process that everyone talks about such a breeze.
