Service center is always excellent. Unfortunately, when I purchased the car, Madison was not super honest about the trade-in so I’m being slapped with a bill from my previous finance company. NOT happy about that. Of course she is not taking accountability and honestly, if I could have turned the car back in and canceled the whole deal I would have. Makes me sad because I really thought it was a good experience until I found out she wasn’t honest about the trade-in.
This dealership may not have all the high end “deco” but it by far has the best service and nicest people. I have been bringing my Jeep here for 2 years for check-ups and oil changes and everyone has always been so kind and helpful. That prompted me to purchase my new jeep here. My sales girl Madison was very friendly and knowledgeable. She worked right alongside Ricky the sales manager to give me a good and honest deal.
