The shop is great! Great selections and prices. The owners were amazing. Did NOT push to buy, suggested to ask if you can't find what your looking for. I did. I wanted a spatchcock chicken. I purchased the whole and the process was done. It was displayed to me prior to wrapping, and even gave me tips on leaving the removed bone for flavoring. It was delicious. Highly recommend!
Wow great experience, new local butcher shop , small intimate and strait forward, I usually get my beef from Uncle G or Bj’s when buying bulk, the processes at castle compete with ACME & StopNshop picked up six Cut of filet mignon prices was 10$ a pound cheaper than Uncle G, called ahead ordered what I wanted , picked up at 5:30 they close at 5 the owner waited for me to get out of work! Places like this don’t exist any more, make sure you go get some quality cuts and support!! Meat was excellent!
Incredible spot to get great quality meat ranging from steaks, chicken, sausage etc. The owner whos name is "i hope i remember right" is Jason is an incredible great person who knows his stuff. I've been a Costco guy to get high quality meats and a great price. I no longer have to take that long trip and can now go local to Castle Meat Co. Highly recommended!
First time ordering from Castle Provisions. Consulted with Jason on what exactly I should get as I wasn’t sure about which cut of steak to order. He was very helpful and we got exactly what we were looking for. He even delivered my order to me. Our steaks were quality and came out so good. Definitely recommend.
