Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. They helped us pick a delicious hanger steak
Amazing inventory of great quality meat. Great prices and friendly staff. Definitely will be coming back for more!
We have been using Castle Meat Co for years now and can’t recommend them enough! The expertise and attention to detail that Jason provides is unmatched! Lucky to have found such a Gem!
Just grilled up prime NY strip, was amazing!!
The shop is great! Great selections and prices. The owners were amazing. Did NOT push to buy, suggested to ask if you can't find what your looking for. I did. I wanted a spatchcock chicken. I purchased the whole and the process was done. It was displayed to me prior to wrapping, and even gave me tips on leaving the removed bone for flavoring. It was delicious. Highly recommend!
