Rude, and unacceptable I have never experienced such horrible service, quality, or integrity as Castle Pines Jewelers. My wife and I got our wedding bands and her engagement ring from them, and were shocked at the poor quality of the rings. Not only that, they took over 2 months to get our wedding bands to us, after messing up the order, and inscription.
