Don Pope was our contractor for a recent kitchen re-model, fireplace tile replacement and whole house re-carpet installation. We are very pleased with the process and results. The project was accomplished on time and on budget. All Don's subs arrived on time as scheduled and their work was completed in a professional manner. Don was on site regularly insuring that the project was accomplished as planned. We can highly recommend Don as a contractor for any of your re-modeling needs. Some before and after photos included.
I was moving to Greeley from Loveland and needed to get the basement in Greeley finished within 3 months. Castle Pines gave us a reasonable estimate and went to work. Don Pope helped us with the design which included a bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom, office, living room and kitchenette. Don was always available to answer questions and modifications. The problems were quickly addressed to my complete satisfaction. Now I am having Castle Pines work on my house in Loveland.
We had a marvelous experience with castle pines construction. His integrity is top notch,and his problem solving skills are golden! His subs did great work, were attentive and caring towards our project.
I was impressed with Don's response time in beginning our basement finish. He and his subcontractors were professional, polite and conscience of our family living while living at home during construction. The project as finished on time and within budget, even though several changes were made.
We just started the process with Don and all I can say is such great things, but most importantly we feel like we can trust him for every part of this adventure to be fair to both himself and to us. Will continue to update our review, but wanted to at least post something because he truly is amazing so far. Update #1: signed contract, confirmed dates and submitted plans to the city.
