Excellent Service. Technician Ron, is courteous, timely and experienced. He has done an initial assessment and multiple follow ups and has provided helpful feedback.
We had a wasp nest that was buried under a pile of bark. I have an allergy to wasp stings so was limited in what I was able to do. Castle managed to squeeze us in between jobs and removed the nest. They are very reasonably priced and good at what they do! The added bonus was supporting a local, family owned business!
Today I just had you people come into my apt to fill your so call boxes, why on earth wudn't you remove the mouse that was trapped. Isn't that your job, I would never recommend you to anyone
