Don't ever live here mark and dona are so unprofessional and are the worst people to deal with they will constantly complain and harass you and all of our complaints were on family coming over so if you have a lot of family this isn't the place for you unless you wanna lose your house that you OWN and the value of your house also we had someone lined up to buy the house and mark put it up for auction so he could buy it for is own profit and only a 100 dallor over the asking price I wish we knew how bad these people were befo... read more

This is a horrible place when buying a home the owner mark was so rude and unprofessional when we where trying to buy a house there he purposely put up for auction so he could get it and make a profit not caring about anyone but himself it's no wonder he's on rip off .com and his own employees have written horror stories of him, will never do business with them ever again!!!!�

Don't do business here if you want to be treated professionally. Mark takes advantage of young buyers trying to get a start for their family. He sabotages sales and creates rules that he doesn't follow. I suggest looking elsewhere.

Castle Park is a great place to retire or raise you family. There is a clubhouse that is available to all of the residents to have parties and get togethers. Several activities go on in the clubhouse so you can mingle and get to know your neighbors. During the summer, you can enjoy swimming in the pool. This park is close to big cities like Stockton and Sacramento where you can do some shopping. Castle Park is a nice place to live! As with any community of 100 homes, you will find those that don't follow the rules that they agreed to, and then feel everyone is picking on them and not being fair when they are called on their actions... They feel that they can spit in your face or lie to you, but you are supposed to smile and kiss them and give them the world. Would be a great place to retire in, if the rent were reasonable, and the owners fair in their dealings with the residents. Make sure you read AND understand what it is your signing for before you commit.
